Each day has a gentle rhythm - morning movement (yoga or meditation), a workshop or circle session, free time to rest or explore, and shared meals together. There's structure, but also plenty of space to simply be. Nothing is mandatory; if you need to skip something and rest instead, that's welcome too.

More than okay, most women arrive solo. By day two, you won't remember a time you didn't know each other. The retreat is designed to create connection naturally, through circle, shared meals, and simply living alongside each other for a week.

That's completely normal, and you're not expected to "perform" healing or share more than feels right. Everything is invitation-based - you can participate at whatever depth feels safe for you, and the facilitators are experienced in holding space for exactly this.

None at all. Everything is accessible to complete beginners, and offered with options to go deeper if you want to.

Comfortable clothing for movement and lounging, something cozy for evenings (it can get cool), a journal, swimwear (for the ocean day trip), and anything that helps you feel like yourself - favorite tea, a meaningful object, comfy socks.

The nearest airport is Lisbon, roughly 40 minutes from Dois Portos. We will organise a shuttle. Once we have everyones arrival times we will arrange a driver.

The acomodation is in 2 beautiful villas situated next to each other.
There are both shared and single room options. -
All meals are home-cooked using local, wholesome ingredients. We're happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most other dietary needs - just let us know when you book.
